Description:
Full form of DMC is Dough Moulding Compound. In DMC compounding/formation, used Glass fibre is chop strand form. Materials consistence in DMC is Fiber chop 17%-18%, unsaturated Polyester Resin 28-30%, Filler material like ATH and CaCo3 40%-45%, others are catalysts and pigments. Glass Fiber and other chemicals are mixed in Sigma Blade mixing machine. Due to it’s dough properties, any shape of insulator and Busbar support can be made
